Pizza jockeys was born in lockdown 2020 when two friends put their heads together and came up with an idea to feed the lovely folks of Newquay during uncertain times.
Out of a mutual love of music, eclectic playlists, pop culture references spanning the decades and tasty food, Pizza Jockey’s was born!
The business started out in one Gozney Roccbox in a friends bottle shop/bar and we soon levelled up to 2 and then 3 ovens, then onto a few more at our seasonal Newquay residency. We have finally moved onto a 2 x 2 metre Gozney in our first site in Falmouth!
It’s been a wild 2 year ride so far but we’re still dedicated to delivering quality food, local beers and love and cuddles to our loyal, wonderful supporters. It’s super important to us to remain local, support local businesses and invest in our local communities.
Everything we make in store is handmade with love, absolutely no packets!
This includes our sour dough which really does pack flavour whilst remaining light and crisp. We’ve spent time perfecting the art of dough making and it has paid off, we hope you’ll agree.
